Eligibility: If your arrives damaged, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Customers that receive a damaged item will receive a replacement item or refund per their request after sending a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Refunds back to the original payment method typically take 5-7 business days.
Return process: Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number with the reason for the return or exchange. If the item arrived damaged, please include a photo.

In the event that products are damaged upon arrival, Arfaoui Home will cover return shipping costs. Please send a photo of your damaged item to email@example.com and we will send further instructions. For other return reasons, such as changes of mind or preferences, the customer will cover shipping costs and you will receive a full refund once the item is received by Arfaoui Home.
